I ordered a desktop computer case and a case fan for a build. The fan was shipped from China, and the seller within Newegg was unresponsive to the question I asked, which was: 'what date will it arrive?'. The only response was - it's shipped. Customer service said all we can tell you is it'll arrive within a two-week window. The computer case had a front face on it with six plastic clips. It wasn't apparent until reassembly that one of the clips was broken. Instead of providing a way of replacing the front face, I was told to dissasemble the computer, find all of the unboxed and used parts, send it back, and then wait for them to send me another. Suggesting they send me a new case, I swap out the front face, and they get back a functionally unboxed product with the faulty part swapped out, was a no-go. So, two products purchased, one slow, one broken. Last time I'll ever spend money there. I'd rather send Bezos into space.
