Bought a watch in early February for Valentines Day present. Thought it was the battery. Jeweler said no.
Contacted. DAYS of back and forth emails asking for photos of box and watch. They then asked if I wanted return or replacement. Asked for replacement. More emails back and forth.
When I asked about status (now 3 weeks) they told me to send to mfr for warranty.
I haven't heard from them since I asked why I wasn't told this in the beginning.
ONE AND DONE!
