After about 30 minutes of claiming by phone in a heated discussion with customer service. They first offered to give back 50%, then 75% and finally they gave up and gave me 100% of my money.
They know it's a scam and they try to make you responsible but you aren't so, here is a copy of the e-mail they sent me after the call.
