Placed an order 2 weeks ago, and received a confirmation email. That's the last I heard from them. Logged into the site today, and it says my order is "processing". I needed the stuff to take with me on a trip - I leave in three days - as a gift for someone I'm visiting. At the last minute, I had to go find a local, albeit more expensive, source for my gift, and will be canceling my order with these layabout deadbeats.
