I received the watch very clean and was very happy to get it back. A few hours later, I clumsily dropped the watch onto a carpeted floor: a distance of about two feet. The second hand popped off the center post. I took it elsewhere for repair. It was discovered that the dial had been glued to the movement and several of the screws in the movement had been scratched. It is possible that Watch Repairs did not cause the damage done inside the watch case but I will not be using that company for any further service I may require. I will file it under lessons learned.
