The service that ROMWE is below a bare minimum. First, I had to pay the border taxes -- 32$. Then, because of EXTREMELY poor quality of the clothing, I had to lose my time, and send it back. Now, I had to pay 31$ again. In total, there is 63$ totally wasted.
I had to wait for TWO WEEKS for my order to be delivered -- the rest of it was delivered in a MONTH, instead of promised 3 days.
I STILL HAVE ORDER from more than a MONTH AGO -- NEVER delivered to me!
The poorest, the most terrible service ever encountered.

First of all, please note that the shipping time on our site commences the date of shipment rather than that of ordering.
It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process one order before shipping it out. But since many items you ordered are in demand, it has taken us much more time to process your order.
Your order was finally split into two parcels, that were shipped out on March 28th and April 4th and delivered on March 31st and April 14th. We are so sorry for the inconvenience that the delay in dispatch has brought to you.
As for the order that you haven't received yet, could you please tell us the order number so that we can check for you?
With regard to customs duty, orders to Canada with express shipping will incur customs duty with high possibility, which normally will not be paid by ROMWE.
