I am Richard Oyugi, Writer *******, and my account was terminated. I was told by my Personal Manager - Olivia Moore, that I would be paid after three months which elapsed on 28th February. I was to receive my pending payments latest on 3rd March 2023, however, I have not been paid until now after waiting for such a long time. I had a balance of about $ 1000 at the time of closure, since then they have been giving fines, for orders that were done more than 3 years ago, yet I cannot access my account. This is not how to handle a writer who worked for you for more than 8 years. PLEASE PAY MY DUES

Tip for consumers:
Whenever I raise my complaints on payment, they give a fine, on an order that was done sometime back. Since I do not have access to the account, I am not able to verify whether the fines are justified. The fact that they do that only when I ask for my money, makes the whole system questionable. I just need my money back, I have bills to pay.
Products used:
I offered a service, and initially, they used to pay for the services. However, they started bringing up baseless issues, on plagiarism, with the intention of terminating my account and going away with my $ 1000 dollars. I did not get paid for more than 2 months that I worked for the company
