They made me pay a fee before they started the process. They said it would be a step by step process but the process never ended. I went to a verified auto tag office in person and said they have never heard of this website and all of it is fake.
Tip for consumers:
Dont trust them at all. I had to fight with them

We do have verification steps within the eTags account to assure we can obtain the required documents, the same ones that would be needed when a title and registation is completed in person.
