It's not trusted, it is aimed at making money on site and starts with a free chat then later on you have to upgrade your account to a certain level just to continue with the chat. And it uses your location to estimate where you are and makes you feel like it is real. For isntence the site is a US based but then I tried it from here in Uganda but it showed me that I am known with my location already something strange. And at the end of the day you don't even get what you want. Please don't try.
