I have just read another customer story that is exactly like mine: 2 months after placing an order I've been told that my order was lost on US territory, and that they are not responsible for it according to 'the rules'. There is no any rules like that spelled out on the website. There is information though, that every order is shipped with registered mail (meaning - insured). I sent them a number of emails requestiong the tracking number and the explanation why they are not claiming the carrier for the reimbersment of the lost item, never received any answer.
