I purchased an item over 2month over now and the shipment is now more 30 business day. I have not received my item and i submitted a ticket, i was told that the airmail has not done anything concerning the shipping that i should wait till 25th of november.if i didnt get it i should contact back and i paid for the shipping nothing been done.if i cant received my item before the end of this week, i want my money to be refund back.
