Disgusting refereeing
I have a diamond siatus for aliexpress, hundreds of orders over several years. I first faced unfair judging when the seller did not put part of the jewelry set in the order and no evidence from my side convinced aliexpress.
The weight of the parcel when sending is 0.03 grams (see photo), there must be a ring and a necklace. When opening a completely intact package, the ring was not inside. I immediately opened the dispute and added evidence.
Even weighed the necklace.
Only one necklace weighs 0.04 grams.
Therefore, if there was a ring in the package, the total weight could not be 0.03 grams!
But aliexpress was not convinced. They were not convinced that the necklace is 1.5 times more expensive than the ring; if I were lying, I would have written that the necklace was missing. But aliexpress continued to demand evidence, some documents from the post office, although the weight of the parcel when it was sent already proves the seller's lie.
As a result, aliexpress refused to give me a refund, and the seller deleted his store because of my negative review. Now he will open a new store and lie to customers again.
I waited for the order for 3 weeks, I paid for it honestly, and in the end they force me to prove my honesty.
Aliexpress requires video recording of the process of unpacking the parcel! And what proof is required from the seller? None other than the tracking number of the parcel! Seller can put any rubbish in the parcel, and the buyer is obliged to prove it a lie.
I am very disappointed in aliexpress, I warn all buyers that the refereeing is dishonest and there are simply no guarantees of the honesty of the seller and the aliexpress itself!
