I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas present for my wife, only to find it was delivered scratched and tired looking! It's beyond me how this would slip through Tiffany's quality control but it did. My wife went to the Aventura store to look at alternatives, and make an exchange. Rather than making her feel welcomed and valued as a returning customer, she received a cold greeting, had to explain the situation to two different sale associates, to just be dismissed and told there was nothing they could do and she needed to call customer service! She was with a friend who witnessed this terrible service. They left feeling totally snubbed and were so upset by the whole experience they had to cut their shopping afternoon short and go home! We are now having to go back and forth via phone calls and email with customer service, who take days to reply and are making us, THE CUSTOMER, jump through hoops and suffer further, despite the fact that we were sent an inferior product. My wife has said she never wants me to spend another dollar here and her friend has also decided to never shop with Tiffany again. This terrible store experience was just the icing on the cake for a brand that clearly doesn't care about it's quality control or customers. This could have been easily rectified in store but none of the staff gave a damn. Outrageous and avoid at all costs!
