“Customer Service? No buffering? Try no service at all!”

I have been with these guys around 3 years. First 2 years, couldn't fault them, they were the best out there. Now, stay clear, I paid for a years subscription and only got 5 weeks use. Customer Service? They close the tickets without even a response. Stay away
