I went to chat and the rep said he would pass my question to a "specialist" regarding an order i placed and had not shipped. After a while i got mail from someone else who made sorry for the "order have not yet delivered. I sent back two more replays including the order number again and still got a request to supply order number and other details!. Its means they dont read mails good.in respone i canceled my order and deleted my account. Its ridicules service
