I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with WooYoungMi. As a loyal customer who has invested a significant amount of money in their products, I expected a level of service that matched their "luxury" label. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
The item I purchased from WooYoungMi developed a fault within the warranty period, and my attempts to reach out to their customer service have been met with utter neglect. 3 months of emailing their company and calling their Paris flagship store and I am no closer to a resolution or even understanding….

It is very disheartening to be repeatedly ignored, and when I finally managed to speak with someone, they were swift to dismiss my concerns, reminding me that they are "not customer service." The lack of assistance and borderline rude behaviour from their representatives has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I definitely will NOT be shopping at this brand ever again and will advise others against making the same mistake.

What is truly disconcerting is that I have received better treatment and support from fast fashion brands that offer products at a fraction of the price. It is beyond me how a brand claiming to be "luxury" can justify such exorbitant price tags without being able to provide even a basic level of service to their customers.

As a customer, it is disheartening to feel like my concerns and loyalty are not valued by WooYoungMi and their parent company Solid Homme. The lack of responsiveness and dismissive attitude demonstrate a clear disregard for customer satisfaction.
I urge WooYoungMi and Solid Homme to reflect on their practices and improve their customer service.

Luxury is not solely defined by the price of the products; it should encompass the entire customer experience. Until significant changes are made, I won't recommend WooYoungMi or its affiliate brands to others. Nor justify future purchases from them.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback, highlighting the need to reassess their approach to customer service and prioritise the satisfaction of their valued clientele.
