Well i have pretty much the same story as everybody here.
Send my watches to them 2.5 month ago. Before they got my watches they would call everyday to help, make sure, assist. Now i have to leave numerous emails, voice mails etc just to get someone eon the phone to be fed with one more "soon" or "couple days".
I've sent Cartier, Omega and Tag Hayert watches to these guys, all together worth about $5000.
Now i am seriously concerned and not sure what to do...
