I ordered hearing aid batteries and unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I had no idea that this company was in Hawaii! I thought it was Walmart. I spoke to the company and they said to send the batteries back, at my expense, and include a 4$ check for shipping, which I did. My batteries now costs approx 10$ over what I would pay somewhere else. I have waited and waited, and nothing. I finally contacted them once again. They said they don't have any record of receiving my package. However, my check came through my bank a month ago. The check was inside the package! These people are frauds. DO NOT USE THEM! To bad there is no option for zero stars. They would get none from me.
Tip for consumers:
IF you go on Walmart site, make sure you are really on Walmart and not on an obscure site that you don't want to use.

The batteries advertised #13 are supposed to be 1.4 volts. My order had a good date of year 2013....
