SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I've only had to deal with a few pure scams in my 50 years. I have to tell you this is one of them. Don't throw a couple hundred dollars for a piece of junk.

~ Lunaglow Nano is a USELESS Vac/Mop that has scammed & ghosted me. I found many others with the exact same issue when looking into
One star Amazon complaints as well.
~ Lunaglow & Rocky ceases all communication after stating they'd guarantee replacement of defective product for 2 years.
~ Phone Number Listed On Website Is NO LONGER IN SERVICE
~ Emails now being REJECTED & NO LONGER A VALID ADDRESS
~No BBB Accreditation, as a matter of fact I don't even see them as a business that exists.
~Red Dot 2021 Award is an accreditation on website but I haven't found it. I could certainly be missing something as I didn't do extensive research, but it certainly didn't pop-up as 2021 winner on google search or on who Red Dot has listed.

~Four Nano's in 6 months. Yes, you read correct, I'd be on my 4th machine in 6 months if company would actually respond.
* 1st- Stopped powering on around 30 days of use. I spoke with Rocky at Lunaglow, he claims it's a fuse & asks me to send it in for replacement.
* I purchased a brand new unit from Walmart.com. Lunaglow sends me a used or refurbished as replacement of my new broken one.
* Second unit let out a huge cloud of smoke & shut itself down after 2 months of light use. I requested a refund which was denied by Rocky. His best offer is he'll send replacement units for 2 years, this isn't even as good as the extended warranty I purchased through Walmart.
* My latest unit (3rd) was utilized less than 5 times and it also let out a huge cloud of smoke & powered off.
~ Purchased 3 year extended warranty from Walmart.com, but it's truly not worth the hassle if it going to break right away. There's clearly some kind of issue in motor, but Rocky at Lunaglow told me it was a fuse.
~Many positive reviews makes this appear to be a good product, but it couldn't be further from the truth. I would have given a great review at first. Packaged well, looked nice, & worked as expected for a vac/mop. BUT, did these reviewers come back to update? I can't be the only one with this issue if I'm going on number 4 in 6 months, not to mention totally ghosted by a company with a disconnected phone number, bad email address, and doesn't respond to attempts of contact via website. Pure Insanity!

Tip for consumers:
It’s a scam that’s being spread across many sites such as Walmart, Amazon, Groupon, Overstock, New Egg, etc…. Research the company, BBB, accreditation validation, etc…

Claim of Fraud Report Made To New Jersey Police Department's Twitter Account

Customer's Experience - "Bait & Switch", "Received wrong, used, or refurbished item", "Arrived damaged", "Beach swapped item with similar looking older version", "Beach won't respond", "Major issue receiving refund", etc.

This review is solely for "Beach Camera Same Day Shipping (3rd party seller for several large Marketplace sites)", and is no reflection of any Marketplace site where this company is a "authorized seller". I've successfully purchased with the one used for many years, and once notified of my horrifying issues/ findings they assured me they'd handle it and immediately offered refund upon return.

Purchased "Used-Like New" Ninja Foodi (Op301) on 4/6/21 from Beach Camera Same Day Shipping. Product sent was (Op300), missing items, and used or refurbished. Given them benefit of doubt it was "in error", and message seller request to send correct one. Seller responds asking if I'd accept "nice discount ($26.00)". I thank for quick response, declined offer, and again asked to send what I ordered. Although they were quick to respond when they wanted me to accept an offer, they did not show same enthusiasm when I chose not to. I tried to reach them a few more times but never heard a word after declining offer, I was ignored, ghosted, scammed. I wasn't alone…

I began to research Beach Camera Same Day Shipping and what I found was disturbing. So many complaints, poor reviews, and claims of being scammed. Here's just a small amount of reviews/ complaints regarding them...

I hope this information finds its way to all Marketplace Personnel and a serious investigation is launched to remove them from being an "trusted authorized seller". I also hope it prevents anyone else from having to deal with issues behind this company.

I have been with Spectrum for years & was overall somewhat satisfied with their Cable, but not so much with their internet service. My promotional offer ran out & my bill skyrocketed a couple months back so I called & was offered another promo that would keep my bill at the same rate. I was shocked to find be billed $28 extra that month but figured I'd give them time to apply the promo & I'd see the credit on the next bill.
Next Month- The next bill is charged & is $15 over the agreed upon rate so I call back. Spectrum states this is my rate with the new promo & refuses to pull the recordings as proof. I let her know I'll be canceling service as this bill is too high & not only do they refuse to honor agreement, they refuse to research it.
Fine & agreed so I begin looking for a new carrier, find one with a much better rate & reviews, so I setup service. As soon as we receive equipment I call Spectrum back to cancel. I'm given a final bill which is not pro-rated, not the agreed upon rate, yet I'm being billed for a full month of service when I haven't even used 2 weeks, & it not even the correct rate, AGAIN.
I'm on the phone for 30 mins today, not to mention the time spent on the calls the previous 2 months, & I get nowhere. I chat & finally get it escalated to someone that can help. I'm assured they want to fix this for me so I give them plenty more of my time chatting back & forth.
My Answer- Yes, they see that I was offered a promotional rate, but also had a rate increase which is the reason I'm being billed higher.
WAIT- this happened the same month it was offered, how is this possible much less good business. After threats of escalating the matter & writing reviews the Man found that I was correct. I was billed $28 extra the first month, almost $15 extra the second month so he will issue a $43 credit.
GREAT- Are you going to also pro-rate this final bill since I spoke with Spectrum about canceling & was never notified of such a policy?
Answer- Absolutely NOT...
So you're telling me that I've paid for service over the years when there were outages & never offered a credit, then offered a rate that doesn't exist, overcharged twice in a row, argued with multiple times about how I wasn't overcharged, to then agree that I was. Now, I'm going to be charged for a full month of service when Spectrum dropped the ball again, & you refuse to pull the recordings as proof.

Wow, this whole thing is unbelievable & it's appalling that you originally refused to research anything, decided to research part of the problem, & your bottom line is you are going to overcharge me again because you refuse to research the information provided to me.
I would have thought such a large company would stand by the information provided to their customers, within reason. I couldn't have been more wrong. What a awful experience & a horrible company to do business with. I have no problem paying my final bill once corrected, but Absolutely refuse to allow them to overcharge me once again. They've definitely lost my business for life.
