I am very pleased with the service I have received today. I needed to update my Resume and make small changes. I went to download and was asked to pay 19.95 since my account has been cancelled. I spoke communicated with a chat agent by the name of Marianne and explained that I did not want to pay 19.95 to get an updated copy of my Resume as I paid the fee in the past and was not even using the services. Marianne emailed the updated copy of my Resume as a one time courtesy after looking into my account. I was relived and pleasantly surprised. Really needed this done today and Resume Now delivered. Marianne was very nice, prompt and courteous! Thank you so much for delivering excellent customer service in my time of need.
