I am still waiting for a reply from customer service about the order i just placed and received. I ordered Albon not generic and got generic. The stuff is nasty, separates and does NOT work I have sick puppies and ordered Albon because I needed it and now I can't use it. I want the non generic Albon or my $150 back.

Customer was sent the generic version of Albon (which we offer alongside the name brand) in error. We were notified of the issue over the weekend and a replacement was shipped out the next business day with a prepaid return envelope.
