“HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

This company's customer service is appalling. It's not even worth trying to deal with them. How does a company specializing in monograms send a product with the name spelled incorrectly? Trying to get this handled with them has involved one lie after another and a total lack of accountability. Save your money and go to the mall as suggested above. If I could give negative stars I would.
