I purchased an item. Seller couldn't send and asked me to cancel. I agreed. ML showed a credit but since then I have been unable to buy anything. Tried to resolve by email and by WhatsApp from the site but no-one could help. The next time I tried to login, it required facial recognition which doesn't work for Expats in Mexico since I do not have an INE. It won't allow my passport. I tried over 50 times. So, locked out. Can't get a refund or purchase anything to use the credit. No customer service outside of the website. Phone numbers don't work and no-one speaks English anyway even if they answered the phone.
