I had a subscription with Seeking Alpha charged on my Fidelity cc. I could not cancel the subscription on the website. I left 2 phone messages; no one returned the calls.
I filed a complaint with BBB. Seeking Alpha ignored my complaint; did not respond.
I disputed the charge with Fidelity/ They refused to charge the supplier back although I never used the Seeking Alpha site since I canceled the subscription. Seeking Alpha is based abroad, in Israel

Poor Management, Cleanness in doubt
I joined the club 2 weeks ago. I have asked for my printed pass at least 5 times. The employees play ignorance.
I had an appointment with a fitness instructor named Amanda. She did not show up. I asked the front desk who had no clue where she was. I still have not heard from her, a week later.
The club offers sanitized wipes. The wipe dispensers advertise only the hiring of a fitness instructor, not the need to use them on the equipment. I went to exercise 8 times since I joined. I saw only three people wiping the equipment after use. This is not a safe and clean place

I called customer service because I was overcharged by $90.00; my monthly charge is $45.00. I was told that Direct TV billed through Century Link was the one that overcharged me. I called Direct TV and was told that Direct TV did not overcharged me (I talked to the President's assistant).
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau against Century Link. They never responded.
I went on their website and use the virtual assistant. When asked the reason of my call, I started to type the detail I am writing here, the chatting closed claiming I did not respond quick enough.

I had to ask the company 3 times, to obtain an invoice for my first order. When we picked up merchandise the warehouse employee shorten us by 300 boxes. We had to complaint and go back to get the missing boxes. Bo apologies ever issued.
We emailed a quote request for bubble wrap and thermo envelopes on approximately April 24th. The rep named April, replied the same day "will do". We are now May 23rd, we have not received our quote. We bought from one of their competitors..

The computer at customer service incapable to answer basic questions. It does not understand P/E!
The customer service reps don't write or read English well. He does not understand there is a difference between sector and industry.
You ask a question via email, the reply is always the same "Due to currently high volumes, response times to general questions may be longer than usual"
