The customer service and overall support I received from the representativs, especially, Elise was outstanding, personable and very prompt. There was a pair I liked but did not like the blue limbal ring, Elise responded professionally with alternate suggestions. Also their delivery time is very accurate. The quality of the lenses from Pinky Paradise is very good too. I will recommend them to all my family and friends... Kudos to everyone
