Bought my SECOND Canada Goose collaboration jacket this year. My first experience was positive and the medium size jacket I purchased was a perfect fit. Earlier this month I decided to treat myself to a new coat. Due to my current location in BC and because of COVID I elected to place my order online. Again, I went for the Medium size.
Upon purchase, I noted the NO REFUND POLICY
When the coat arrived it is miles too large, I contacted Canada Goose, not to RETURN but to EXCHANGE for the same model coat in a smaller size. They will not accept me exchange even though the purchase data was less than 30 days ago,
I am now left with a $800 dollar coat I will never be able to use.
This is shocking service from such an iconic Canadian company - I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE CANADA GOOSE as their service is embarrassing.
