I would like to share with everyone my outstanding experience with foreverhire.com and their Networking into the Right Job program. First, after I submitted my interest, they got back to me right away, on the very same day. Then, as soon as I submitted my information that they need to get started, I was assigned to the most wonderful, endearing, Career Partner by the name of Lucy. We were in continuous contact throughout the entire process. She reviewed and optimized my resume to perfection. (Just last month I paid out the ying yang to a professional resume writer just to have my resume done. That was not a good experience, and my resume was not a good resume, to say the least.) This time, my resume is perfect, and it makes me proud to send it out to potential companies. After getting my resume perfected, foreverhire promptly started what I call their networking magic. They sent my resume out to recruiters, hiring managers, and literally thousands of contacts that I would never know about. I immediately started receiving contacts of interest from company representatives. Foreverhire even sends me a report showing every single job they applied to on my behalf! It has been such a refreshing experience working with Lucy, and even other folks, at foreverhire. They actually do what they say they are going to do and stay with you throughout every step of the process. Once I started setting up interviews, Lucy assisted me with coaching and interview training, to help me prepare for interviews. She even did a mock-up interview with me over the phone, to help me prepare for an important in person interview I had coming up. She was able to give me some excellent pointers and made me feel more comfortable going into the interview. Now, for The Secret Weapon. This is such a phenomenal tool to take into an interview. I have been in Human Resources for 20+ years, have interviewed/hired literally thousands of candidates, but have never seen anything like this before. It is insanely cool! I have only had the chance to use this tool in one interview. (Hey, it has only been 6 days since I signed up for this program.) I could tell the Hiring Manager was blown away after I handed it to her. I am quite confident that I will get a job offer for this position! (I will make another post with updates.)
