I ordered Jan. 20,2022, now they say March 9th before they arrive - from China! I can't purchase a pair locally without a refund and they won't provide one. I am suppose to wait until they arrive, ship back, then wait - I can't see and need glasses - not able to wait months for a refund, if they deem I'm worthy of one. I asked for refund before they were shipped, only getting a tracking # today (Mar. 3). Absolutely unacceptable business practices.
Tip for consumers:
Frames are super cute - but business is fraudulent, not Canadian, not fast, not supportive. Takes days if they finally answer e-mails, will not provide names or phone #’s of accounting dept, supervisors, managers - yet they could help.
