I ordered a Portfolio for my daughter's Ipad. Never received it and when they refused to reimburse me or send a new one I ask my bank to do a do a chargeback on my account. They contacted me and said they would reimburse me if I cancel the chargeback. I did and they still refuse to reimburse me even though I produced proof of cancellation, a letter from the bank. They claim it's not done in their system. THE BANK said they never sent anything in their system that they are lying, STAY AWAY from them
