Had issue with purchasing ticket due to limit on debit card. Did not know the transaction was declined from my bank until an OOJO rep called me. They were very persistent in trying to reach me which I appreciated otherwise I might have not known for a few days because I am very busy and the price of the tickets could have more. So grateful for OOJO rep being in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the transaction.
