Jay Smith has been a mediator between the Company he works for and me. I am a very demanding and hard to please customer. I am a perfectionist and was so upset with the Company he works for due to the multiple mistakes Jay Smith subordinates made. But with the patience kindness and persistence of Jay Smith I feel confident the results of his intervention will be good. Most recently he assigned another team to solve the errors of the first team.
