We have been totally happy with Mastercard until we have an issue. Supposedly they will cover your lost or stolen cell phone, not true. My phone was taken away on a wave in the ocean, on vacation. We could not retrieve it as it was very rough that day. I turned in an insurance claim and was denied as we could not produce the cell phone. How the heck do you want me to produce it? We have been customers for years, In my opinion this is terrible customer service. I could understand if I did not have proof, but I can provide proof from both lack of phone use and the management at the resort we were in, with an incident report. Switching back to Discover, much better service.
