I've never had a problem with FragranceX it's why I've dealt with them for years and as long as they continue to carry my Fragrance I'll remain a satisfied customer. One thing I love is how FAST they ship my product out order it one day receive it the next now thats customer service. Sign me a Happy Customer.
Years ago I was upset when the department stores stopped carrying my perfume I searched on line for the product and they were the first one I tried they said they don't do "knock offs" so I thought I would try them and have been with them every since.
It's my signature fragrance even strangers will say in the store I smell so good I just laugh.
My cousins just sent me a Bark Potted Orchid plant and all the flowers except 2 are fallen off you had a fine net over them and the flowers had already fallen off in the netting. Very disappointing.
