I signed up for a webinar with this company but they canceled it the day before it was scheduled and told me that my live session was being "upgraded" to a recorded session for free. That's a downgrade and not what I signed up for. I asked if the session was being rescheduled. They dodged the question and tried to offer me an additional recorded session. I do not believe this company had any intention of hosting a live webinar with Q&A. When I asked for a refund, they told me it will take 2-3 weeks to process it.
