Sony refused to repair my TV and deemed as not a viable option. They coerced me into a trade in deal, discounted OLED 77" TV as an option and I was stupid enough to take it.
In less than 6 months, the OLED TV died. Major failure and won't turn on. I have asked for a return and refund the full amount PLUS the cost of the TV which they took. Sony said they can only refund the paid amount as the old TV is gone. Now I'm out of pocket and their Customer Service team is rubbish. I've been calling them everyday for 4 days and they didn't give me a resolution despite being promised to. They also arranged DHL to pick up the OLED TV without my consent.
