Ordered a hat…took a while to get here. When it arrived, it was too big. No problem, right? Wrong! Instead of being able to cruise to the mall and exchange it, I was told I had to return it via snail mail. Only took over 20 minutes of Chat with some very unhelpful person online. Now, I need to wait for the shipping label, ship it back, wait for the refund to hit my account, and purchase a different size. No customer service phone number. Never buy from a place that refuses to take returns at a local store and doesn't have a phone number for customer support. Place is trash.
