The delivery driver of my last two orders was nothing short of lazy and incompetent. Rather than delivering to my lobby per the company's COVID-19 protocol, he made me go outside and walk past the next building to look for him! Then, GGs "customer service" rep was totally patronzing when I called to complain. I have a disability and REFUSE to be treated in this manner. Besides, GG is ultra expensive.
