Clearly, they would always work towards employer's sides no matter what the circumstances are. I was extremely disappointed with them when they thought my mental health issue was not a sickness and didn't need any treatment or any time off work. They were so backwards thinkers who didn't acknowledge mental health illness. That's too sad for those experiencing mental health issues worse than me to not receive any support, instead, what we received was ridicule and side comments.
