I ordered some"sweatshirts" from Lilicloth and needed to order $100 to obtain free shipping. This didn't bother me because I chose some charming/funny items. However, I received each item separately over several weeks and was not informed that one item was out of stock until I questioned. The sizes are terribly wrong, the fabric is not fleece but rather a scratchy polyester fabric. When I decided to return the purchases, I was informed their return office is located in China and I would be required to pay the shipping to China for a full refund. Adding insult to injury, I would have the option to keep the items and would receive 15% refund on my purchases. I decided the latter was the better option. Now, I will have to pay to have my purchases altered or donate them to a second-hand store. Additionally, the sweatshirts have no shape.
