Awful service! It's crazy how these guys are very polite and attentive when they are taking money from you, but inattentive and cruel when it comes time for you to withdraw your money. Stay away from this useless company. I have been battling with JULIA STEPHAN CRYPTO platform for months to no avail. Later I decided to use the services of a recovery agency called megcodyrecuperatee.com, they were the ones who helped me get my money back from this scam broker.
