I was recomended by a friend to use these people after they sucssefully recovered funds back for her wedding dress business. I was offered a No win No fee option so had nothing to loose in fighting this chargeback and a customer decided to request there money back from there bank saying the good were faulty but never returned them and the bank handed the money back apparantly it is called friendly fraud After providing 366 Legal with all the paperwork they took the case on and within a mater of weeks I was informed the bank would now reverse the decision.
