I ordered parts for my Kenmore gas range. I used chat box because the phone numbers on the web site do not lead anywhere but cycle round and round. The web site is useless. I received incorrect parts from my order. I called and got no where so I called the order parts number and got a very nice woman who spoke American English. She proceeded to order me the correct parts once again, blaming the shipping department for sending the incorrect parts, and affirming that I had provided the correct information to receive the correct parts. I ordered burner caps but not the sizes that arrived, although I did provide the correct model # of my range.
A few days later the same incorrect parts arrived. I am now unable to get into my account and the site will not send me a link to change my password. Pages come up that indicate that the web site has problems or that I erred in entering my information. I requested a retun label 3 days consecutively and each time I was informed that I would get one in 24 hours. The last time I called was 2 days ago. I have not received any email communication from this company. Beware this site. I also received no invoice or receipt with one my first order. It appears to be a SCAM! Do not waste your time or your money.
