IN the not so nice town of AC this hotel has, customer service, food service and courtesy down to a science. Really enjoyed being here. Even stopped to see a manager and compliment the staff at the cafe. The food was fresh and hot. Service was very friendly and not over bearing. Paying/ checkout was easy and they were busy. Really surprised at how well they pulled it off.

They ask for feedback and don't respond. The front desk gave me the business because I was on the wrong line. Clearly it was not marked for a newbie to understand. The Homestead was the only savings grace to the establishment, there staff and food was wonderful. Ate at marketplace, service and hostess were rude. Ate at Wolfgangs, waiter was nice, hostess was a nasty mean attitude, food was not as good as Homestead. We made reservations for 3 nights, they closed the Water Club without notice. The excuse was they were too busy last week and needed a break. How does that happen with a massive hotel to shut down, I wanted the adult only area to relax, that's why I paid more money. Went to Hardrock cafe, the staff, food and service was better than you could expect.
DIDNT GET A REPLY FROM BORGATA AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN

Ask for a supervisor and your not allowed to talk to them. They keep you in a loop, put you on hold, repeat the same information the supevisor is too busy to talk you have to deal with me. But you can't help/ My supervisor say you have to talk to me.
