This service provided by staples is a joke. You are treated much better by TSA agents at the airport. Attendant was rude and I would not shop in the Fairfield store if everything was half price

Tip for consumers:
You offer a service as a customer to attract more customer yet you will lose customer due to your poor administration of this simple TSA enrollment process

Products used:
I will choose any other store capable of managing a simple registration process.
