This is the worse customer service experience I ever had in my life. Takes a full day to get anything done over the phone, when they pick up (many times the call goes literally to voice message)
The ticket protection they offer is also basically a scam.
Pay extra and buy your ticket elsewhere, no amount of money is worth the headache you'll have dealing with these people
