I was robbed inside the recharge.i contacted them by email and they are making a fool of me!

I noticed a lot of neglect on their part
They don't solve my problem
And they keep asking me the same questions via email... asking me for the same prints to prove that I was really robbed

As soon as i bought transcash. My app restarted.
When I put my email and my password to enter. It appeared that the password was incorrect.
I reset my password and was finally able to log in.
When I logged into my account I realized that my gifts were no longer there... they disappeared
I got in touch with them.but apparently they don't care about customer safety on their platform.

Just don't buy it.it's not safe.if they rob you they don't care.after all.they already got your money.
DO NOT BUY ON RECHARGE. YOU WILL GET ROBBED BY A STRANGER AND THEY WILL NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.
