They don't care about your order much less if you order is late. I was with them 15 years and every year the customer service got worse and worse to a point i had to take it to social media for them to listen to me, they listened to me but instead of working with me they closed my account. I tried emailing and calling and they won't respond. The only way they responded is when I sent a complaint through the BBB and event hen they wouldn't admit they did anything wrong. Poor company ran by someone with a short fuse.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them or if you do, don't complain and expect a month turnaround for everything.

Pedro, we attempted to work with you on numerous occasions, however you refused to work with us by following the time frames for your orders and constantly insulted us on social media. We tried to call you on multiple occasions, you would never reply to our voicemails and then you would berate us for not helping. Because of this, it was decided that your account would be closed.
