Disaster, pure disaster. After years of excellent experience with this company not sure what happened recently. As many other say - 6 out of 7 orders not delivered (they contracted cheap but by far the worst carrier which do NOT deliver to customer addresses).
Instead, they pretend they tried (say unsuccessfully) and place packages to their "pickup point" in different cities around refusing all requests for proper delivery.
Their tracking shows the orders have been delivered but in reality they are somewhere in another city (in some farmers food shop, other in painting props shop, etc.).
Amazon Customer Service is absolutely impotent, just apologizing all the time but unable to do literally anything with that arrogant carrier.
No other way than to avoid ordering from them - never more. It´s a pity, but this is definitely the beginning of the end of another legend...
Tip for consumers:
Avoid ordering from Amazon who became absolutely unreliable company recently.
Products used:
Just one of severn packages was delivered, all the rest is displayed as "Delivered", instead the carrier (the cheapest and by far the worst - zasilkovna) placed it to some shops in other cities although door-to-door delivery was ordered.
