I'm an active, mature woman. Upon entering middle age I discover my hair is thinning. So, love a good wig! A good wig is a godsent! Therefore, it is beyond distressing when The Best Wig Outlet sends a wig that is not the same one in the photo. (I'm trying hard not to cuss and swear about this, actually...too much nastiness in parts of the world these days.) So, I'm hoping the company will do right by this situation and allow me to return the wig for credit.

Jan 20,2023 I ordered a platinim blonde wig with dark roots per the picture on the site. Yesterday, 2/2/24, I received a beige blond wig without darker roots. The wig us a "no return, no refund" purchase, so what to do when the wig received is a misrepresentation of the wig I thought I bought? I'm beyond disappointed, so called customer service, and I am to receive a call back. I've never had a problem purchasing wigs online before, but I believe this is the first time with this company.
