Was so anxious to get my shoes, but when they arrived, they were too wide. I read the return policy and followed the step to contact. They contacted me back telling me to take a pic of the product and shipping envelop. Did. Then, I had to draw around my foot, put a ruler beside it with my foot and the shoe and take a pic. Did. They tell me to give them to a friend or donate them. After 4 or 5 emails, they gave me an address in Vietnam to return my $29.99 shoes and pay the $19.99 shipping. What a scam.
